Incredible pizza and awesome price! I pay less here than at doms or PJs and get better food. They give TONS of toppings and cheese and it's always hot and super tasty!! I go here all the time and it's always good.

Been coming here for a few years and I love every visit. Friendly atmosphere, great staff, and wonderful pizza. I recommend this to a anyone looking for a great slice in SW Calgary.

This is the best pizza in town! Don't let the very reasonable prices fool you. It's spectacular and the brothers that run the place are very nice fellows.

This may look like your typical hole in the wall pizza place, but it’s much more than that. I continue to get my pizza from here for many reasons. The crust on this pizza is unlike anything I’ve eaten before. The family that operates the shop is very friendly and accommodating to everyone’s needs. You can’t forget that it’s buy one get one free pizza, this can’t be beat!

This is the best pizza in town. We've been ordering from here for years. But I was just inspired to write the review when I got a delivery a few minutes ago. The total came to $28. I reached into my pocket and pulled out some wadded up bills. A $20 and two $5s. (I felt pretty bad as I didn't have any other change to tip).Couple seconds later the driver knocks on my door again. I'd accidentally given him two twenties and two fives. He returned my extra $20! I then tried to give him $40 (instead of $30) for his honesty and he refused that as well. I felt guilty that for that amazing service he only got a $2 tip so I'm writing this in hopes that it'll bring in some extra customers for an amazing business. Promise the next tip will be better!

First impressions...Not the best looking or the most organized looking place you'll come across. That's the only slight negative about the place though. You just know know the pizza is going to be good when you can smell the aroma of the tomato sauce when you walk in. They use the old deck ovens to bake their pies which gives it an old school look and taste. They do not skimp on the cheese. This makes their pizzas quite heavy. I struggled to finish a medium pepperoni pizza in one sitting (which says a lot).Strongly recommended.

The pizza is fabulous, family-run business, what more could you want? My children tried the ravioli this week and cleaned their plates. Greek is my favorite and the gluten free crust is decent. Take out only and the pizza is moving fast so give it 45 minutes even for pickup.

This is the best pizza in the city hands down. I regularly drive for an hour to go pick it up as I'm a little too far for delivery. The sauce is fantastically flavorful and herbaceous, the crust is great, the toppings are plentiful, and all the ingredients are high quality. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My family has been ordering pizza from this place since I was 10 years old to this very day, and the quality of the food has never faltered. I love this place to death with its top quality sauce and bread that any other pizza joint would not be able to accomplish given the task. This is the best pizza joint that calgary has to offer.

Come on Rob M, you can't just blurt out some racist diatribe and then negate it by saying that they make good food. Back to the review - excellent pies. They really load these bad boys up! Such a refreshing change from the usual chain pizza joints I go to.

Excellent Greek style thick crust. Really good for just a slice as well.

Been their customer for few years but recently the chicken pizza quality has decreased a ton. Basically the chicken in the pizza is colored brown with attached chewy ligament that is half cooked. It tastes like gummy bear. The interesting piece is when I call them to tell them the issue the guy on the phone neglected me saying I am wrong on what I see, and they are right and hanged the phone on me! I just attached the photo below from only couple of chicken pieces for you to make your own choice!

Best pizza ever, I have been eating here since I was able to walk, tastes amazing, crust is perfectly thick and cooked, always generous on the topping and sauce, fresh and hot all the time never had a problem ever. Salads and pasta are great as well. Highly recommend.

This is traditional Calgary Pizza it's very good. It's the pizza Calgary grew up with and it's way better than the Pizza Hut's Pizza 73 panagos of the world. There are about a dozen individually owned pizza places in the city and it's my guess they are all descendants of the original. The sauce is excellent thick flavorful. The crust is not too thick not too thin it's substantial. The toppings are plentiful and the cheese goes on top of everything at the end and there is no shortage of cheese. This pizza is also very good the next day microwaved or if you have the time pop it in your oven at 450 for about 5 minutes. The owners at Pizza Plus are always friendly and if they tell you your pizza is ready in 20 minutes believe them. I always show up 5 minutes early because I would rather wait for my food that have my food wait for me. Kudos to the Greek population in Calgary for making great pizza I hope you continue to do so thank you

Gotta come get the house special. It might be the best pizza I've ever had. I couldn't actually tell you the name of a place I enjoyed more.

Great pizza. If you like pizza with lots of cheese this is the place to order from. Best pizza on the west side of the city. Reasonably priced as well. Don't settle for Domino's, Panagos or any of the franchise places got to this locally owned and.operated establishment.

Very tasty pies here, different from other pizza joints. Crust holds up well under the delicious sauce and generous cheese. When I get a knife and fork pizza craving I'll be coming back

Tried this place for the first time a few weeks back. Great pizza but the pickup process is the reason for 4 stars. Was told to be there at 6:45 and didn't leave with the product in tow till 7:15. They were super busy and there was always 5+ people waiting within the small storefront. Victim of their own success I suppose.

Best pizza in town IMHO. I stop in from time to time to grab a couple of slices on the way home from an evening event. They build them for me FRESH every time. No hour-old cardboard crusts under a heatlamp here. Sure it takes a few minutes more but SOO worth it! And we get caught up on the neighbourhood news too. More often than not they score the gold medal in the annual "Pizza Pigout." Good chefs, good hearts - Good folks!

Great please to buy some pizzas with friends. All their prices included one on get one pizza. I've been going here for years and I'm always satisfied.

I’ve known a few Greeks and Greek daughters in my time. They are a bit hairy, not the brightest people, however they have heart, determination, endurance, and love. These two Greek brothers continue their legacy of the top 4 pizza masters I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. Their business location and atmosphere (only takeout) is humble, however their quality, service, appreciation, are good... and their pizza is amazing. Bar-non.

I love this place! No one is as good as A Pizza Plus for quality and value. The pizzas are so thick and delicious and the prices can't be beat!I used to get it all the time, but then I moved to the other side of the city. After four years, I still haven't been able to find a suitable substitute. So now, any time I am in the NW (or even coming back from the mountains), I will try to work in a stop at A Pizza Plus to pick up some dinner!

Their house special is the best pizza in Calgary. Period. Always 2-for-1, so you can't beat the price. Highly, highly recommended.

It was my 1st time ordering from here. I've heard in the past that it was a excellent place to order. So I ordered the house special medium. The staff are very friendly, the driver was very nice. The pizza was made great. Lots of cheese, toppings surpassed my expectations. The thing was the bottom of the pizza was very damp/ wet & soggy. It was still kind of warm. What I ended up doing was take out pizza & hardened the bottom in my oven. This is why I gave them only 3 stars. This shouldn't have happened never have I ever had an issue like this. If the owner chooses to take this into consideration & contact me I would order again from here. No I didn't call it was late & I was to hungry to wait for another pizza. I look forward to hear from this place in coming days.

Kept on seeing this place on 'top 10' lists.Finally tried it, and it didn't disappoint. Some of the best pizza I've had in Calgary. I think Dave Portnoy would put this in the 8's. Quality slice, good crunch. I give it an 8.8.
